The spacious room offered a lot of room to move around. The check-in process was straightforward once I figured out the access code.
The experience with front desk staff was not pleasant. I felt uncomfortable asking for help, as the employee was not friendly.

Amazing location, amazing staff, just a short walk from the 911 Memorial and the Staten Island Ferry to see the Statue of Liberty, with free Wi-Fi in rooms and a rooftop pool to unwind after a busy day.

Amazing stay with great amenities!
We had a fantastic experience with a perfect location close to Battery Park and major subway lines. The room was spacious and well-equipped, and we loved having access to laundry facilities and a kitchen, which helped us travel light and save on food. The rooftop views were incredible, and we enjoyed the lounge and games room during our last day. It would be great to have more information about upcoming events at the hotel.
